Fletcher Crane Architects were approached by Royal London Asset Management (RLAM) in association with CBRE to provide design services and documentation for the re-organisation and refurbishment of a 25,000 sqft office development in Birchwood, Warrington, Manchester.

We were retained, client side, to oversee the £1.2m Design & Build refurbishment with specific input focused on the realisation of the new reception and entrance sequence, core areas and WCs. The office spaces were quickly leased to a new commercial client with the tenants commenting on the high level of design and quality of the reception and associated amenities as being a major factor in their decision to occupy the premises.
