Located down a significant and tree lined plot in Weybridge, Surrey, the successful planning permission defined the refurbishment and extension of one home to the north, as well as the construction of two additional new build dwellings within the generous landscape of the host property.

At the top of the site the original home will be sensitively refurbished and extended within the wonderful setting. The other two new homes take on a varying character; responding to their positioning on the site and pertinent adjacencies. The central home’s multi pitched form create linear spaces internally benefitting from channelled long distance views of the landscape. The home at the bottom of the plot seeks to bookend the site and gently curves in plan. All materials are earthy and ensure compatibility with the local vernacular.
